My Approach

RSP was created with a user-first mindset — where every screen is intentional and intuitive. From clean navigation to accessible forms, each design element supports clarity and action. The interface follows a light, minimalist aesthetic paired with purposeful UX decisions that ensure HR staff, evaluators, and applicants all experience ease, focus, and confidence throughout the recruitment process.

The RSP portal reimagines government-style recruitment systems with a fresh, updated feel. Instead of overwhelming users with dense data or outdated workflows, RSP brings clarity through organized layouts, tabular views, and modular forms. Features like dynamic filtering, modal-based evaluations, and real-time status updates are seamlessly integrated, promoting transparency, efficiency, and user engagement.

RSP addresses these challenges by providing role-based views (e.g. Admin, Evaluator), evaluation tracking, document toggles (like PDS and QS), and smart button states that change based on applicant status.
